View Full Version : Cut 17 lbs. Body fat guess?
Been on WBB for a while now. I have had a fracture in my left rotator cuff for a year and a half. I have still had good results by doing lots of weighted chinups ( all 3 grips), weighted dips, barbell and dumbell rows, and lots of squats and deadlifts, very little isolation exercise and never done curls. Been lifting for 2 and a half years with many off breaks of a couple months. I am 6 '2, 200 lbs I was about 217 when I started my cut. Still cutting until im lean enough, what would you guys say my bodyfat is at now? 12-13% ? I think I started around 16-17% never had it tested though.
These pics were taken today, no pump just an off day.

great shape! going by just upper body, I'd say 10%, but ur legs seem to hold a bit more fat, so i'd say 11-12% or so. Looking good!
Andrew
Thanks, yeah I think my legs are a bit lagging maybe. I have always squatted since I started lifting but i couldnt even push my squat at all up until maybe 7 months ago because of a groin injury. I have injured myself many times doing random sports.

10? I think a little lower, 8-9% IMO 10-12 is like a little below me and he looks better than that.
Edit: Your Traps are looking insane!

looking EXCELLENT bro! what kind of weight are you pushing around? i really dont see many weaknesses, possibly shoulders but its reasonable due to your injury.

You look awesome, dude!
I would definitely say you're in the 8-10% range. But yes, you do hold more BF in your legs. Keep it up, man! Great progress for someone who had an injured rotator cuff for a year and a half.

I would say 8-10% looking amazing. It's cool how those big compound moves give you rock hard arms eh?
Thanks for the compliments everyone :) it is appreciated. Um, as far as lifts go i usually work out with around 300 or so squatting, not sure about my max. Dead lift I use around 375 or so. I have been on a slowww but steady cut for about 6 months, so not much of a difference in strength.
and yeah I think my arms are decent because of all the variations of weighted chinups that I do. I finally ordered a dip belt, it was such a pain putting a dumbell between my legs for dips and chins.

I bet you built some leg muscles smashing that thing between your legs.
Good cut, how lean are you shooting for?
lol yeah, dip belts are essential.
I am aiming for somewhere in the single digits hopefully. Im gonna keep it up for another 6 weeks or so and see where I am at then. I am kind of eager to get back into a bulk but I don't want to rush things.
I'm just curious is there a reason to drop so low or just for the heck of it?

Hey were still young here, we have to be able to pick up chicks.
Well, hello beautiful.
12% is my guess.

Well I'm gonna be doing a fairly long bulk so I don't want to get as lean as possible going into it

Great work!! What are you numbers for the big 3??
EDIT - not to take anything from you, but I noticed a ton of your posts are in the AAS forums.... you go to the darkside already?? Or is that part of the upcoming bulk?

About the lifts, I don't bench at all anymore due to my fractured rotator cuff. And if never pushed my max on DL and squat. I think my max DL is around 400 and max squat around 360 or so if i were to guess. Usually rep with around 300 for squat and mid 300's for deadlift.
And nope definetly never done any AAS. Tried 4 weeks of epistane on a cut but thats not an AAS. I was seriously considering it before but now especially with my shoulder injured I don't even see me trying a cycle in the future. I'm pretty happy with the natural gains I can make.

I was going to guess 10 or just under. Terrific traps and chest, especially since it looks like you have fairly narrow clavicles. Nice lat spread too.
