Well I'm looking at starting a bulk phase. I already know to eat lots of chicken, rice, pasta, proteins, carbs and all that.
The problem is I'm a pretty big snacker. Usually eat pretzels, cheezits, chips and that sort of thing.
I'm 6'1 160 and have a fast metabolism so it doesnt do much to me. But I'm wondering if you guys here have any suggestions of healthy snack foods for a bulk phase. High proteins/carbs that still taste good that I can snack on throughout the day/night.
