1) My current bodyfat is 12%. My goal is around 9%. does that mean that I sould lose 3% of my weight (85kg * .03 ) = 2,5 kg. It seems to be too little.
2) is bodyfat weight of fat/body weight or is it volume of fat/volume of body

I'm not an expert by here's my 2p worth.
Question 1:
85kg @ 12% bodyfat = 10.2 kg of fat
If you lost 2.5kg of FAT ONLY then you would be
82.5kg with 7.7 kg of FAT.
This means your body fat would be 9.3% so yeh that's about right.
Question 2:
This is the percentage of a person’s body mass that is not made up of either; bones, muscles, organs, or water.
Hope this helps.

at 85kg and 12% body fat, your lean weight is .88*85=74.8kg and your fat weight is 10.2kg.
to obtain 9% with JUST fat loss (assuming no muscle loss), you're weight needs to be 74.8/.91 = 82.2kg.
ie you need to lose 2.8kg of fat
hope that helps
