Does anyone have any good recipes for protein waffles that doesn't include cottage cheese? I cannot stand the taste of any type of cheese, let alone cottage cheese. I love eating the frozen whole wheat waffles every morning with some natty PB, but they just don't have enough protein in them. I need a good recipe with tons of protein. Thanks.

Built's protein waffle recipe that includes cottage cheese is excellent and has lots of protein. I have made them and there is absolutely no cottage cheese taste to them whatsoever. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Like Ianewilson said, you don't taste it at all. Most recipes that have blended cottage cheese it is just there for protein/texture and you can't even taste it.
Try this:
1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla preferable)
1 Egg White
Some water (half a cup maybe?)
.5-1 tsp Baking powder
Vanilla flavor
1. Mix ingredients
2. Pour ingredients into waffle maker.
3. Enjoy
- Throw in mashed bananas, choc chips, coconut, for added flavor.
- Add in about a tbsp of cocoa powder to make chocolate waffles.
Note: Only used batter to make pancakes, but waffles should work too. Tell me how it goes.

Do you by any chances of the macros for this recipe?
Its simply protein powder and egg white... so about 28 g protein, ~2 g carb, 1g Fat, 130 cals

Try 'em both ways - I've made them with PP and I've made them with cottage cheese. The PP ones tasted like ASS. The CC ones tasted like eggos.
Heheh... thanks built!
Oh yeah! Add splenda or sugar to them or they don't taste that hot!

Kitchen nightmare! My waffles came out terribly! The texture was similar to a burnt omelet. It didn't leaven at all, but the taste wasn't all that bad lol.
Haha yeah, like i said... only used'em for pancakes. Anyway... I tried!
