Nothing amazing, snatched 176lbs, clean ad jerked 210, 225, and failed 235

No kidding! I tell you what you look pretty tired more than anything on that last attempt. You have to be good for another 10kg on both.

I agree, by the end you looked tired but im sure you can hit that 235 soon enough.

awesome job. I wish I would have started Olympic lifting at your age. I showed this to my 15 year old son and he is really impressed. I think you've inspired him to get into it. Thank you!

This sport is fast making me realsie just how weak I am, it very humbling.

My goal at next comp is 187/242 as a ROCK BOTTOM, I would like to hit 200/250.

Thanks to everyone, Olympic weightlifting really has been for me

nice lifts your clean on 235 looked easier than your clean at 210 and how many kilos is 176lbs?

Hey - nice work on your first meet! You looked very strong throughout, though my guess is that the weight felt heavy on that last jerk (you bounced around a lot before it which caused you to soften up a little on your dip.) I'm guessing the pause at the bottom of the clean wore you out a little bit.

Seriously though, congratulations on your meet. I take it you went 4 or 5 for 6? Hitting 2 out of 3 cleans is a big deal. Its tough to be so consistent at the first meet - I'm really impressed with how tight your lifts looked. Good luck with your training; I'm hoping to see some big PR's soon.
