View Full Version : First Bulk to 165ish, w/ before pics

150ish to 165ish in a bit over 3 months. I'm not sure if i want to end the bulk yet, or just take a break to lean out about 5lbs before continuing. I just don't wanna spend more then one month cutting...This way, for every 15lbs I put on, I'm gonna try and lose up to 5.

I've also started adding weight to all my bw excercises. I discovered the weight belt at my gym!!. Chins +20, dips +20, pullups+10.

****ing wow though, I understood the emphasis everyone put on eating A LOT, but I never thought I'd be eating as much as I am now. I've tried before to increase the amount of cals I get in, but when you actually start eating A LOT and understand how much A LOT really is...blows you away.

If i was you,i'd keep on bulking man. You look like you have very little fat.

First of all, your body fat is nowhere near 16% in those photos. I'd put you closer to 11-12. Second, you can definitely see some progress, so keep at it! I'd say keep doing whatever you're doing... for 6 more months. Third, can't help but notice that you blanked out your face on the second set of shots... but not on the first. Haha, might want to go fix that.

Anyhow, great work, keep it up! Put on another 20 lbs and then show some progress photos!

I'd say keep bulking. You're still very lean after that 15lb. gain. Bulk to atleast 180, then cut.
