I'm trying to lose the fat and currently doing hopefully all the right things.. working out, cardio in the AM HITT, cut out fruits juices & sugars and other simple carbs.
Now I've started my diet and was wondering if a
Protein: 50%
Carb 20%
Fat: 30%
will be the most effective in my quest for leaning out ?
Should I bump the carbs up to 30% focusing carbs in the AM and Noon hours while dropping the fat to 20% ?
Let me know pleeeze.
