I'll have to try that goat's milk; I always thought it was more expensive but I never really looked closely at it.

My friend just loaded me with a ton of soy milk he wasn't using... I'll have to put that to good use.

can't you give a comparison, description or creative metaphor. I'm just curious because I like goat cheese but never tried goat's milk.

It's a little bitter and has a stronger smell.I don't mind the smell,some people might find it smells off.

I say whole milk, but don't go too mad on the stuff. In my experience it helped me gain a little bit too much fat! Its great for calories and protein though, and tastes good!
