Im downing a shake when i wake and a shake after my work out.

Each 30g scoop is 24g of protein. I have a 60g scoop and put two scoops in a pint glass and fill the rest up with milk and some nesquick (strawberry :)) so i have a nice taste...

So that's almost 100g in the morning and after, is this okay? i mean i eat some chicken in the day. Is there any chance i might be 'over doing it'? Or would say 50g of protein do the same benefit me in the same way?

No, that is certainly not overdoing it. If anything, you might be under-doing it. How much do you weigh? 100 grams just isn't that much protein.

I think he's saying he has two 96g protein shakes per day, or 192g protein per day, + protein from other sources. That's probably sufficient for just about anyone under 200 lbs, but definitely not over-doing it. Some people consume 500g+ per day, that may be unsafe though.

That was possibly the most poorly worded, confusing post in the history of teh internetz. If English isn't your first language, you deserve some **** for that post. It's way too early in the morning here for me to try to process wtf you just said.

Please just tell us roughly how much protein you consume in a day, and we'll give an answer. Thanks.

I think you're saying you get roughly 200 grams of protein from shakes daily, as well as "some chicken?" Is this correct? Define "some chicken."

Haha okay!
Yeah, i'm English...

I'm taking two roughly 100g of protein shakes. Plus 1lb of chicken which is like 120g (ish).

But if you all say its enough then it's all cool, cheers for the help!

So...you're taking in 320 grams of protein a day?

You still didn't answer my question from my first post, but okay.

as much as you can without overthinking it every meal, if that makes sense, for example, if a meal is eggs and bacon, your good on protien, if the meal is an apple and banana, add a shake.

If I had enough chicken, cottage cheese or protein powder available I could probably eat 400 grams daily.

Not enough is far worse then "too much"

I think the "too much" would only apply in the scenario of the calories from the protein being greater then your maintaince calories when trying to cut.
