Increase the weight once you feel you can do more??
Do you have a set routine you do each week?
For instance with bench, once you get to a set number of reps with the weight you're using, add 5 or 10 pounds and start working your way back up in reps again.

Once you hit at least 8 reps, increase the weight.

8 reps with good form, that is..;)
sounds obvious, but most people neglect it, inluding myself at times.
make sure not to go up to quick so you dont blow out your shoulders,
i recamend only five pound per increase
and also what ive started doing is to work with the weight with 8 reps for an extra week so my body can get used to a heavier weight more
just my opinion
