View Full Version : Can someone look over my clean bulk plans please?

I've posted this in 2 other forums but I want to start the bulk asap. I have been cutting since last December and lost 40 lbs, most of it was fat because I didn't have that much muscle to begin with. Now I am ready to clean bulk it up. I was eating 2000 cals, 70 g fat, 145-150 g carbs, and 200 g protein. I've been told to increase my cals gradually and to start with 250 and work my way up.

I've done a little bit of math and figured out if I eat 2250 cals I should target these macros:

210 protein
150 carbs
90 fat.

Are these good numbers to follow? Should I up the carbs and lower the fats a little? Thanks.

At 165 lbs I would imagine you'd be eating somewhere near 3500 cals.
