so i was wanting to come up with my own protein shake by mixing some things together, thing is...i dont know what is needed to actually make a shake. what ingredients do shakes have that make them "shakes"?
i know ice, and maybe some sort of yogurt?...im not a cook i have no idea

Anything can be a shake. You could blend up a steak w/bbq sauce and a coke if you really wanted.

do a search for amazing protein bars in the recipes thread. taste just like no bake cookies, full of calories and protein.

well it depends what u want in the shake, but if ure looking for a source of carbs, proteins, and healthy fats, you could use milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, oats, and some peanut butter......classic shake rite there
