i really want to get my throwing strenght up for throwing a baseball and football. Anyway what exercises should i do to get my strenght up.

Long toss is huge! search Jaeger long toss on google. also light rotator cuff excercises with light machine weight or tubing is great. Ask any more questions about baseball in general or workouts for baseball. I just commited to a high end Division 1 school for baseball and my highschool coach played 14 years in the major leagues.
