Ok, I'm back into working out and I need to bulk. What's the best foods to eat for breakfast, and how many times a day should I be eating. I'm around 175 right now and I'm trying to get up to around 190-195.

20lbs is easy. Just eat. Don't ever let yourself get hungry. If you get hungry, you lose. It's that simple.

As for what to eat, think about it. You probably know the answer, and I'm positive it's been posted before. Gotta use use your brain.

Yea, I was just looking for some food ideas because for breakfast I just eat eggs and peanut butter on toast.

Breakfast sounds perfect. Add some oatmeal and chocolate milk and you'll be up 20lbs in no time.

Sounds good to me. If you got space, add in some milk or a protein shake/weight gainer.

your breakfast is good, i really reccomend a large breakfast when trying to put on some serious mass.

eggs, bagel with pb and jelly, chocolate milk (protien powder) is alot of calories, but i dont mean 2 eggs, i mean 4-5. fried in butter.

MOM MAKE ME SOME EGGS, the sound of the mornings...

Yea I eat 4-5 eggs, 2-3 PB on toast, and milk. Chocolate milk makes my stomach hurt bad so that crosses that out, lol. But Jelly sounds pretty good, Im gonna start that tomorrow.

I'm also looking for suggestions for breakfast. Before college I usually down a shake, roughly 1200 calories (milk, 2 PB, 2 olive oil, natural yogurt, 2 bananas, 2 protein powder), my vitamins and an apple. Any other suggestions? If I'm not going to college I have more time so I can stuff my face with whatever.

eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. OJ and milk. I don't see the need for a weight gainer.

Always prepare a huge dinner with plenty of leftovers. Those morning you just don't feel like preparing breakfast won't be a problem if you have a meal leftover in the fridge that just needs to be warmed up. Roast beef and taters in the morning, yummy.

I just made some steak, so I think that might be my breakfast tomorrow morning.

Eat at night! I find when stuff myself through the night before bed I pack on the pounds. Before I started sleeping with a CPAP I made sure to eat something whenever I woke up in the middle of the night. Now I never wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I miss those snacks. My wife used to love trying to figure out what my late night meal was by the aftermath of crumbs, dishes, and cookware.

Does your work care if you snack while you do it?

if they don't

make those and just snack on them while at work. If they don't let you eat i'm sure you can shove one in your mouth ninja style
