new boy alert!
just starting out trying to get bulked up, been the same size/shape/build for the last 5or6 years and havent done any real training since i met my now ex-girl 4 yrs ago. so, the idea is to get to 200 pounds the trouble is i just can't seem to put weight on. i eat every three hours, oats in the morning, tuna, pasta, potatoes, peanut butter, wholemeal bread, chicken and 2.5 litres of water. and i ain't gettin any heavier?!
