As a bit of a spin off, I decided posting a similar (but more universal) thread about working out whilst away from your gym. What should I take, as I want to keep my muscle mass. I'm after something to help me work all the muscle groups. Gimme ideas guys! Cheers.

Putting together a bodyweight program would be ideal, in my opinion. It requires no equipment and just a little space. If you need to travel light and have no access to another facility, maybe traveling with a resistance band or two would increase your options but there are plenty of body weight exercises to get you through a great, full body workout.
