Can someone link me to somewhere I can buy the e-book? There is a link through WBB, but it doesn't appear to be working at the moment.

Do you really want it in eBook form or does it matter if it's a spiral bound physical copy of the book? I just ordered mine from Lyle's site. However, it's a bit cheaper on Amazon so get it there.

I'm pretty sure they stopped selling the E-book and only sell hard copies now
