Your stomach looks tons better in the first picture. The second one it looks real weird.

For 246 pounds you don't look much fatter then you did at 196 pounds. The size difference (muscle wise) is noticeable but it does seem to throw one off with the weight and size differences... they don't quite add up. Your not as big or as fat as you should have gotten for that weight difference, if you understand me.
Did you grow in height any during this transisiton?

It's very weird... I don't feel as heavy as I am which it totally dodgy.
But, my waist size has increased by 5 inchs so the pics may be a bit misleading. I used to feel really skinny before and now i feel like I'm much thicker if you know what i mean.
I am 26 now and the second pic was when I was 24 so i shouldn't have got any taller. However, people are telling me that I look taller lately, is this possible?
I weigh myself every week so the weight I am now is definately correct.
My stomach defination used to be very unbalanced, i think its cos i used to play a lot of golf and the twisting somehow worked the one side more but I don't know.

ok guys.. just measured my height and I'm now 6ft 4, I was sure i was 6ft 3 (or a little over) about a year ago. Is it possible to grow an inch taller at 25-26 years old? I have started doing deadlifts etc so perhaps thats make my spine straighter? (i have no idea)

maybe. But who cares if you don't look your weight. You look like you packed on a lot of muscle and therefore the bulk is going well. If you feel like you're getting 'too fat' then just slow the bulk down and maybe add in some cardio like you said. Good job though mate

Thanks... I wanna try and get up to 18st (252lbs) then I'm stopping :)

Wtf.... I'm the same height as you and edging somewhere around 205 right now. And I don't look anywhere near 45-50lbs lighter than you.
Leg pics?? You must have some SERIOUS ass legs. Pics with your arms down??
It blows my mind how much you don't look ~250lbs
That's badass for bulking!

Well you can "appear" taller by getting thinner, but its just an optical illusion.

I will have to get some more pics but busy today so will get some for tomorrow.
Phatmonkey - I don't have massive legs or big arms. I'll get a couple of pics tom including one of me on the scales :) My arms are 15.75 inchs so not big at all! I wouldnt even call myself muscular either.

lookin good man. Like the others have said, you don't look close to 250. Either that or you must appear smaller in the pics than you do in real life.
You must of did a good job because you gained like 50 lbs and you still have the same shape, just beefier.

Looks like a relatively clean bulk. In any case, if you're only planning to gain a further 5 lb, and you've given yourself until the end of the year, you can slow the gains down, eat clean and add some cardio. You should be able to get to 18 stone while getting a little leaner at the same time....

250 centagrams maybe?
