At school, Dominos is free for me (part of my meal plan so charged home to my parents :p ) Since money is often scarce, I find myself eating more and more of it. However, its not really that healthy. I have recently been ordering just 20 hot wings and consuming them nightly before bed. Is that ok? I feel like im doing something bad. I used to get cheesy bread too but recently eliminated that from my diet. lol thanks

What are your goals?
lean muscle growth. I have a very fast metabolism. I used to be a very skinny kid.
Can you gain weight while eating junk food and not gain a lot of fat? (you said you have a fast metabolism).

Trying to gain and "always been a skinny kid". You're fine with the wings, add a pizza or two to that as well.

if you're trying to bulk, the wings should be fine. It's just chicken with more fat. Can you order milk from them?

Yeah man. Don't sweat it. When bulking, caloric surplus is much more important than the whether or not the food is "clean" or not. Just make sure you get adequate protein and EFAs, and you'll be fine.

If you're naturally skinny then I say eat away. Just don't get carried away.

ok cool thanks for the help! i just finished a medium meatzilla pizza and a few orders of sushi from across the street lol. i will continue to eat my face off. thanks again.
