View Full Version : Diet for a clean slow bulk

My first attempt at a clean bulk I was just wondering if someone could look over this: the Macros are 2800 to 3000cal per day, ratio:35/40/25

This is what I had today:
-Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 slices of ff cheese, 2 whole grain waffles and 2 tsp smart balance
-Snack - PB&J made with Whole wheat bread, natty pb and sugar free jelly, a banana
-Lunch: Spaghetti w/whole wheat pasta and homeade ground turkey sauce
-Snack - turkey sandwich on wheat w/2 slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato, 1/2 oz almonds
-Dinner - Sirloin Steak (lean only), 1 baked sweet potato, a cup or so of spinach
-snack - 1 cup low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop of whey

Oh sorry, 23y, 5'11", 31 in waist, 155lbs, 10 - 12% BF; i have never measured my chest or anything like that just the base stuff. I lift 5 days a week: M - Chest, Abs; T - Back, Cardio; W - Bis, Tris; T - Shoulders, Cardio, F - Legs, Abs; Sat. - Cardio My goal is to get to about 175lbs and minimize fat gains
