I detatched my lens in my left eye. I need to have surgery ASAP, so no contest for me. I think this may be the perfect time to show you guys how easy it is to drop weight and lose fat. I will say this, I have been instructed by Vincent that I am not able to drop below 295, so, that will be the lowest I go.
For the record, there will be:
1. No counting calories
2. No maintenance diets
3. No change in diet, except for dropping the extra junk food I eat to stay this heavy
I will have more on my quest once I have surgery and find out exactly how long I have to ruin my life being a bodybuilder-type.
The best part will be putting ALL the weight back on and getting fat!

I can't wait to see this big dog... I'll bet you lose it 20x quicker than im putting it on. I'll bet you lean out a bit, only to put even more mass the next time you bulk up... 335+.

Did you hurt it lifting?
Down to 295? How big are you now? Must be a monster! Can't wait to read how you do it. Good luck with the surgery.
Aw crap that sucks.
Listen to Vinny, anything below 300 and you look like ****.

Sorry about that, but seriously, you can't lose weight or fat. That's against everything you stand for!
Hope the surgery goes well and you resume things just the way you want ASAP.

Thanks for the support guys. The diet is on hold. The specialist told me not to be a pussy. The hospital was talking immediate surgery, blah, blah, blah. The specialist said to watch out for 2 things. Other than that, just resume life, including the contest. So, fat on!
