Well last time I asked for routine advice everyone around here was pushing the Westside template but I said I didn't want to convert yet as the system I was using was working for me. Well, my gains have come to a stand still. I'm taking the next 5 or 6 days as a deload (I'm still going to train, just light and low volume) then it's on to Westside.
I'm going to start a new journal (hopefully I'll stick with this one for more than a month or two this time!) to chronicle my progress. I'm sure I'll have a few questions for all you experts :alcoholic:
