View Full Version : 5 month bulking progress(nothing impressive)

So I started working out in June, Ive been everything but dedicated and consistent but I'm a beginner so I'm not surprised there is allot of trial and error. Ive probably restarted my routine half a dozen times. Anyways I'm 5 '11 around 175, for some reason I'm horribly un-photogenic, I always seem to look stoned out of my mind. So thoughts?

What is your routine like? Goals? I see improvements in the traps, you looks more defined. Eat more, meet macros, compound lifts. :thumbup:

Those stretch marks? Good sign of progress if they are.

Yeah those are stretch marks and I cant get rid of them, Ive been putting some retin-a cream that I use for my acne on them cuz I heard doctors will prescribe that but its not working. Any tips?

Nice slow bulk. You look bigger and actually leaner in your second pic. Keep it up.
Cocoa butter has done wonders for slowing my stretch marks.

haha.. Definately lookin stoned. Just keep eatin heavy and keep bulking. I say bulk up to 200 atleast. You can get there in 6 months if u put your mind to it.;)
