Hey i'm trying to go on a good sports diet while taking creatine to gain muscle and workin out for an hour every day. I'm 5'8" 170 lbs 15 years old and would like to loose all the access fat that hangs out. Im benching around 195. Im pretty strong for my age. If anyone can set up a diet or give me a link to a good diet that would be greatly appreciated.

You're benching 90kg for reps at 15 y/o and 170lbs? I'm impressed, albeit a little skeptical.

How long have you been training?

Fair one, so the newbie, simultaneous fat loss/muscle build stage has long gone.

You have two opposing goals, pick one and run with it IMO.

ya i have a little chub that is covering all my muscle and i wanna go on a diet n im workin out everyday... but at the same time i wanna gain muscle mass n be solid for basketball/baseball... what do you guys recommend?
