Fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

edit: More specifically, I keep a jar of dry roasted peanuts at my desk (watch your portion, they're calorie dense so count them out if you have to). I'll bring an apple into work. Celery sticks with a little PB is good. Carrot sticks (maybe light ranch dressing for dip). A banana. A kiwi. An orange or tangerines.

I'll drink an Opticen MRP most days for "lunch" on my cut, so actually eating a solid food, even if its an apple, is great.

If you're on a cut and counting calories, you can eat as much or as often as you want if it fits in your diet. Space it out, maybe have a snack before lunch and a snack after lunch.

nuts, yogurt, fruit, PB, Protien shake...

If your just hungrey try drinking some water. If my memory serves me right you are using creatine. So you should be drinking at least a gallon a day anyways.

Protein bars are pretty good if you can afford them (or make them :))
