Hi guys I wanted to start a thread on foods to eat for losing the gut and getting ripped. Here are some of the things that I eat. Feel free to add your stuff:
-Boiled eggs
-1 can of kidney beans
-Cottage cheese(250grams each serving)
-tacos
-meatballs soup with pita bread
-whole wheat bagel with ricotta cheese and jam
-oven roasted green peas and mushrooms

Same foods as bulking, just a little less.

Id eat the same thing to bulk too.

1 more question I have is when I am cutting, I eat less carbs therefore eating less bread, rice, pasta etc. But what bothers me is if I don't eat those then I don't feel full. How can you get full eating salad, a turkey sub without bread, a meatball pasta without pasta, etc?

Have you made any progress in the last 2.5 years? I eat as few carbs as I can, a bunch of chicken, beef, salmon, broccoli, green beans and spinach, 4 to 5 meals a day and it fills me up. If you're cutting, drink a mess load of water, it helps me with feeling more full.

How long should a cutting phase last? Do i go untill i reach my goal? Or do i try and do it in multiple steps if its too large?
