Putting up some beginning photos so i can track my progress. Starting at 6'6'' 230-235lbs (depending on when in the day i weigh myself, how recently i ate etc.). Ive always felt that my weakest points are my chest and calves. But anyway, this is what im starting from.

Looking great to start off with... you're gonna be a powerhouse in no time. Chest does looks like it needs some work like you said.

Go rip it up!

wbb 1 or wbb 1.1 I would recommend 1.1.

im gonna stick with WBB 1 to start. i like the excersizes and the way its organized. It is still very weird for me to do a routine with such low volume. i understand the idea behind it being higher intensity, but i have always been 100% intensity on the more important compound movements and have always done those first in my workout before all the ancillary things. I guess over time the lower volume will have an impact. We will see!

my weakest point may very well be my back. but it doesnt really matter anymore because nothing on my body will be weak for long. i will be kicking my ass all over the gym from here on out. i am excited to grow, get stronger, and bigger.

i will be posting progress pictures every so often as well. so everyone be ready to see me get huge

Start a journal. You will get a bunch more feedback, and its good for tracking progress.
