I'd increase the carbs and lower the protien. If you're gonna shoot for correct ratios, I'd go 50% carbs, 30% protien, 20% fat. Don't eat too many carbs later in the day though. That's just what I would do if I were to ever cut. The calorie deficit is what will make you lose weight.

Any suggestions on where I should replace carbs and protein and with what replacement meals???

Why would ratios matter?

To the OP: diet info in my blog might help you. Link's in my sig.

Because I thought too much protien was unnessecary, therefore get the majority of your calories from carbs whether you're cutting or bulking. I don't go by exact ratios. I just shoot for bodyweight in protien, and the rest carbs and fat. That's just what I do, and it's been working well for me.

"too much" protein is kinda arbitrary. Protein is satisfying, as is fat. Carbs while cutting can stimulate too much appetite. If you're gonna limit ANYTHING, it would be carbs, then fat, then protein. Ratios don't allow for that. LBM-targeted macronutrient doses DO.

I try to keep protein and fat as high as possible when cutting.

FWIW - I agree 100% with these two statements and it seems to be the most common belief in contest dieting/cutting these days.
