Probably about a week...unpeeled hardboiled eggs will last even longer.

I deliberately cook extra eggs so that I can have a quick breakfast the next day...esp on the days when I have to get up early and don't want to waste time cooking.

I am not sure how long we keep eggs in brine for at work.
If I have chance I will look tommorrow.
the brine keeps the air off them.

but I think they will last at least 7 days if properly cooked and kept out of air contact.

Guess I'll find out and see. I love scrambled eggs with chicken/ground beef topped with shredded cheese.

I would not go any longer than 2 or 3 days either...

A radio station I listen to talked about this the other day... Most of the dates you see on packages are for UNOPENED food. In other words if you buy a package of turkey that says March 31st it will only last that long if you don't open it. If you do open it, most companies will tell you to throw it out after 2 or 3 days.

I guess like everyone else and say about a week, maybe alittle longer, doubt it though.

egg normally come in cardboard packs? Turkey and other meat are often vac pack or use modified gases to enhance preservation life. so opening egg boxes will not effect shelf life.

No, but cracking them open and cooking them like Mr. syntekz did will definitely reduce the shelf life over an uncooked egg.
