My mom and I just got these done today. We originally thought we were going to get a verse from a poem my uncle wrote for her eulogy but talking with the artist and a few sketches later led to this:

That wasn't part of the plan but now that you bring it up... I might get him to do that when I go back to get it touched up in a month or two.

Looks good, bro. And something that you could never regret. Which is still something I'm looking for...

I hope it helps you deal with your loss man. Great work.

It wasn't really to deal with the loss.. It's been 7 years since she passed away so I'd say I've had lots of time to come to terms with it. I can't honestly come up with a reason that I decided to get this done. It just came to me one day and felt like it was a really great idea so I went with it :D

Very nice deeds...

Ive been thinking of getting the same thing done for a twin brother I lost, yes, there could have been 2 fuzzy's.

Shame my family pretends he never even existed.

thats a nice thing to do. i was thinking about getting something for my best friend who passed a couple years ago.

What kind of music was your sister into?

However when you go in for the touch up you might want to have the artist fix that G clef. The the Swirl should cross the virtical line and stop after crossing the G line of the staff (2nd horrizontal line from the bottom). There are also problems with the thickness of the clef and where it is placed, but im not sure anything can be done about that now.

I think if you at least have him fix the swirl part of the G clef it will look alot better.

She was into all sorts of music. She played piano and clarinet and she sang. She was amazing at all three.

I never even thought about the symbols correctness.. Thanks for pointing that out. I will talk to him and see what can be done!

I think it looks great. I'm sure he can fix the symbol prolly just fill it in and make it solid black and continue the swirl. Really nice tribute.
