There's no point posting pics every three days.

15 lbs a month? Bad idea....
lol i didnt even see that... sorry bro not gunna happen in this universe. I've been bulking for like 7 weeks now i've gained about 10 lbs and thats too much, and i'm now slowing it down. Aim for like 3-5 lbs per month right now... anymore than that you will be gaining too much fat.

Yeah the 3 pics a day was a bad idea to post, but my friend said take them anyway just to compare along the way to see if im gaining too much fat and too slow it down.
I think 15 pounds for one month wouldnt be terrible, most people say they gain 10-15 if they drink a Bako Shake once a day and im doing that + slowing my cardio down but not eliminating it and lifting along the way
I think the point of 15 lbs being too much is that more than likely it's just going to be fat and not much muscle

6-8lbs a month is what I would recommend. Some people may say thats even too much. And post pics monthly, not daily. You will see your more progress that way.

don't gain anymore than 2 lbs. a week. i wouldn't even attempt to go higher than that assisted. 8 lbs. a month is plenty. you'll put on a noticeable amount of fat even at that point.

jk, 8 lbs a month is pretty good though.
