Metabolife
1-2 Gallons of the H2O per day

October's Newb Regiment

1.5-2 hours of cardio religiously 5 days a week.. 5am.. empty stomach.. this sucks..
1 hour of High Intensity Circuit Training 3 days a week.. kind of reminded me of lifting weights ..

Diet: Eating like a bird.. literally a handful of meet and greens 5-6 times a day. No carbs after noon

Study.. nutrition, excercise, read read read.. lots of questions..come here for help and inspiration.

Researching diet, routines, etc until I feel comfortable with a program. I remember how to work out.. and I work out hard.. but I also want to learn how to work smart as well.

Thank you for providing a place to track my progress and solicit feedback.

Oh.. yes I read all of the stickies and have lurked for about a month or so before joining. :newbie:

AM cardio..empty stomach

Elyptical
-45 min hills plus
-30 min Fat Burn
Swimming
- 20 Mins

Breakfast
1 packet of tuna
1 dill pickle
Small glass of Grapefruit juice

Snack
3 pieces of turkey

Lunch
6" turkey sub from subway, wheat, greens , no cheese or dressing

Snack
low fat cottage cheese

Swim :45 minutes

Dinner
4 california rolls
