Thought it would be a good idea to start one of these to track my progress since I'm finally getting to numbers Im not completely embarrassed by and I'm following a regular routine and actually eating right.

Currently im 15 (16 November 28)
I'm a sophomore
I weight 165 pounds (Yes I am eating more now ) and play LaCrosse

Clean and press's didn't feel as strong as usual
standing military press made me nervous to do at home incase i was having trouble I would of had to just drop it on the floor since I don't have a rack.

Making great progress on the bench man! Looks like you went from 190 once to 200 6 times in about 2 months.

Yeah I really started pushing myself on bench since it was so behind I don't think I put all I could into it 2 months ago. Thanks for noticing
