I want to gain mass. Want to be big. Weigh in at 169lbs and 18yrs old, 5foot 11inches
Ok, been weight lifting for about a year and a half.
But I finally decided to watch what I eat. No more chinese food or any type of fast food.
My question is, how should my diet be?
A friend told me I should go for 70% carbs and the rest protien and calories.
Sound good to you guys?
Really, what ado Calories and Carbs do?
How much of a amount should I probably be taking every day?
How about the days I dont lift?
