I just wanted to say i skinned my knee on deadlifts last night and It felt good, nothing like proper form baby......

Uhh... skinned your knee? I've scrapped the **** out of my shins but never hit my knees.

hit my knees 2 days ago and scrapped the **** out of them as well, have two scabs on them
