I have to admit I have become a cottage cheese addict as of late....... It's funny too because earlier this week I hated cottage cheese when I first tried it, it just didn't vibe with me, but then I had a huge craving for it in the am's and after lifting. I'm sooooo happy to have a new good quality protein to add to my diet!!!!!!!!!

My thoughts exactly. It's like the curds in milk when it's sour with a faint smell and texture of eating cheese that formed in someone's undercarriage.

Just as I was considering giving cottage cheese a chance.

They use cottage cheese to make babies look like newborns in birthing scenes.

I mix my cottage cheese with tuna and green tomato relish and throw that **** on a tortilla with lettuce and onion. It has to be 1% though.

I've tried mixing it with Jell-O, protein and Splenda, and all the other "sweet treat" methods and they all tasted like sucking on an old dish towel. Oh, and fat free cottage cheese sucks no matter what you do to it.

Hey, give it a shot. 8oz of cottage cheese and 10oz of tuna. It's like 460cals and 91g of protein. Add relish, salt pepper, garlic powder, or whatever else and then eat it like I suggested.

You'd probably want to cut that in half unless you're able to really cram it down your gullet, but it's an easy way to get a lot of protein in really quickly.

Microwave it for a little bit to get the cheese to melt a little bit.

Either regular or low fat cottage cheese is what I recommend. Fat free sucks.
