This was from tonight. I did this standing on a 3-board, which I believe is around 5" high. We are running a meet tomorrow at a local Church so most of the equipment was out and only a few guys were in the gym. Different atmosphere than last week, but I got some work done.

Nice work man. First rep looked rough but once you got in the groove it looked easy as butter.

Maybe I should clarify, it looked rougher than the others from the way he locked it out. I wasnt bashing just kinda poking fun at him since he obviously smoked the weight.
