reccomendation for Nitor

I heard people saying that it takes upto 2 hours to feel the effects of Nitor. Same for me, but I decided to poke 2 holes,1 on each side of the capsule with a needle.

Within 10 minutes I started feeling the effects of Nitor.

Very interesting. What foods you consume within a few hours of taking it can also have an effect. Did you take it at the same time of the day when you did this experiment?

I took it right when I woke up in the morning both times before eating anything.
Same as 3 other times. Its kinda the same concept as the "rapid release Tylenol" I guess.
