This is at 220lbs, before working out. I got this size from my job, and now I am a member of Golds Gym so I am going to try and put on some size. I'll post pics as I go.

Dude, I thought you were going to be a girl. What a let down.

On a more serious note, you have some good size for someone who doesn't lift. You'll be a beast in no time, as long as you eat like one.

eat big, life heavy things - cars and large mammals included, rest alot and you will be huuuge. What's your routine like and what are your goals?

I go 4 days a week, and have a pretty nice diet of a lot of food. Peanut butter mmmm. Biceps, back, forearms, and legs monday and thurs. Tris, pecs, shoulders and abs on tuesday and friday. Here's some pics of the legs and back. I've always been a larger guy usually with a good amount of fat. I'd like to gain muscle bulking for a while, and then cut down the fat sometime. No well thought out plan.

Edit: Now that is a farmer's tan

You have a nice base to start with. Keep lifting heavy and master the Big 3 (squat, bench, and deadlift) and you'll be a strong motherf*er in no time.

Thank you for the feedback everybody. Yeah, workin good ol construction. I work at a rock plant. I have been tryin to work out at the plant itself for a while. I would swith off arms shoveling and try to isolate my biceps. On the rails on the shaker screens, which seperates rock and dirt, I would do dips for the pecs and tris. Then I would do wide grip pull ups on the frames of the conveyor belts. We also have a rock chute that gets clogged from time to time, so we take a 10lb bar and push the rock down. I would use one arm for this and alternate both arms, usually doing 20 reps each arm throughout the day. I also made up some weird incline push up using a steel plate and some stairs. Haha, I guess it was pretty much working out, but I was just like screw it, I'm going to sign up for a damn gym and do this the right way.

I've started cutting because I was bulking a bit too fast, so i'm gonna try and cut up a bit and then try bulking again. This is me at 233 lbs.
