Good god. 315x24 is just sick! Looks like he uses a full ROM too with very little to no arch in his back.

DAMN that is Strong as Hell!!!
But did anyone else feel a little scared for the guy with the crappy spotting?
Hands out then backs away, that is very RISKY with that kind of weight, and no side spots????
But none the less very very impressive!!!!

That exactly what I was thinking. The rerack with 585 almost looked like he was gonna miss the hooks.

Great bench, I thought the same though Wolfy. You can strong as an Ox but you never know when missed lift or injury could happen.

That guy didn't even go down all the way... nor did he lock out. Plus the spotters hands were on it the whole time. Not buying that press... I'm sure he can do a hell of a lot though, but still! :burger:

The bencher and the spotter behind are so huge that they make the side spotters look small and their not.

Despite his size, the back spotter has to put quite a bit of effort into getting the bar off the rack. That's a huge bench weight.

(the guy who did the impossible is nothing resume' 495 bench at 180lbs)

I forget his name, but the spotter for Mendelson looks like a professional bodybuilder who is from Israel if my recollection is correct. I remember his agent contacting us about sponsorship a few years back.

The guy in the first video is CRAZY strong. He handles those weights like they are nothing. I agree with Mike that the spotting leaves much to be desired. If something happened the guy would be toast.

I think he is the uncle lol
The spotter has a similiar vid of doing 500 at 18 or 19 180lbs, now both of these guys are probably pretty strong, but they have zero common sense :whip:

Damn! That first video, i have never seen anything like it!
Looks like he is using hardly any leg drive, no bounce at all RAW power.

The other vids (apart from Mendy obviously) are pretty poor. Spotters are doing most of the work.

Looks impressive, but if you are really that strong and want to be recognized for it put it on the platform.
