Guise, I just read alot of posts cuz I had alot to eat and nothing to do while eating it. I've only trained for 8 months (3months knowing what I do), but I just realized you can mix anything in a blender (to make a shake)cuz it will still contain the same amounts of calories? This is a goddamn breakthru for me, and therefor I have some questions I didnt find answers to, it's nothing big

1. If all I eat all day is mixed in a blender (except for delicious dinner ofc) is there no downside to this?
2. Can I mix in 50% whey in all my shakes to double my proteine intake? (I heard rumours whey digest madfast and therefor is only needed post-workout.)

This is awesome, cuz I'm so buissy and always stress so much having time to eat, so I have to do it at work and everywhere while working. Drinking thru a bottle would be so much better, I'd mix chicken, eggs and tuna with whey if I could hehe
