Hey guys, i used to think that fats "made you fat" before i really got into lifting and having a diet. now, what are good fats? i know your not supposed to have many saturated fats or trans fat. so, what are the other fats and what do they do? for example, i eat a lot of peanut butter which has 16g of fat, but only 3g of saturated fat and 0 grams of trans fat. are these other fats good for your body?
