What kind does everyone use. And can I use like regular Quaker Oatmeal? is that the same thing?

So quaker oatmeal is fine? Sweet, any suggestions on how to grind it up w/o coffee grinder? Maybe just put in blender by itself first and give it some time?

I just use the blender.Haven't tried it with a coffee grinder.

It's fine, Quaker oats is probably the easiest oats to find in any supermarket.
