View Full Version : Questions about ETS

Right now, I have wrist tendonitis in my right arm that's been bothering me for about 2 weeks. So it's kind of holding back my bench progress.

I've been searching about this product and it seems like everybody is pleased with it. I've always had weak-girly wrists and I get wrist tendonitis from heavy benching/close grip bench press way too many times that it's like "normal" to me now. I've tried glucosamine+msm, and fish oil but they don't seem to work very well (probably not at all)

Now, my questions are:
I heard ETS helps to reduce joints pain? but my real concern is, is this just a temporary relief? Will it come back if I stop using ETS? Or does it actually increase my recovery rate (for joint pain) and help to end the tendonitis for good?

Thanks Chris.

It helps when your on it, but it isn't a cure. When you stop using it the reduction in DOMs and all the nice effects go away.

It could help in the sense that it will reduce the pain and possibly allow you to strengthen the joint to avoid future problems. It will not, as stated above, repair the joint.

yup!

Same thing with creatine and muscles is often asked, and nope the strength given by creatine goes away upon cessation, the same as the benefits of microlactin go away upon cessation. However, what happened while you were on (whether muscle/strength gain and recovery on creatine, or easier joint movement on microlactin) can very easily make you in a much better position than if you had not previously used the product.
