Hey peeps, ive got a question about multi vitamins and vitamin B.

I am 18 and have been told by the dermatologist a while ago to avoid vitamin B as it messes up my face.

All multis that i know off contain vitamin B.

Im sure everyone here is a big supporter of taking vitamins, but i dont want to mess my face up.

Is there anyway to get around this?

EDIT; should i buy a bunch of different individual vitamins instead... i dont know what to do : (

Take a normal multi.

Further, if B vitamins screwed up skin, I'd be totally F'd, cause I drink monster lo-carb like its going out of style, and it has tons of B vitamins (on top of my One-A-Day Mens Multi).

How do B vitamins cause skin problems?

This is in direct contrast to the fact that many people supplement with Vitamin B5 in order to clear up acne, and many report success.

its not that i should not take vitamin B at all, but rather that i should not take much...

Very high doses of may sometimes cause acne.

i cant find many sources supporting this though... maybe im wrong..

i guess i am going to keep taking multis, and be extra careful with taking care of my face... if the red bumps dont go away ill try avoiding the B and see if it makes any difference

Seems like that is what happens with me

EDIT 2 :
