A few months ago I asked Ox Mason to use Opticen exclusively as his PWO supplement. He was to take it within 20 minutes of finishing training each day.
He just sent me the following email today:
"Chris,
i just wnated to give you an update on our little experiment. If you remember, we were seeing what my body comp would do if i took Opti, P-w/o. I take Nitrean between breakfast and lunch, but added opti p-w/o. At the start of this i was 221@18% body fat, now i am 230 at about 13%. Pretty cool huh?
Ox"
The real ****ing deal! No supplement company hype, just real results from a world class athlete. I can't tell you how stoked I was when I got this email!

Yep. Here is his response email when I asked whether or not he took pics and what the timeframe was (kicking myself for not having him take pics):
" will have to look around for some photos. I think I started the program right around the time I took some folks to meet, and i just took some to a meet last weekend, and we always get pix at a meet. but as far as bodybuilding "neked" (not naked, neked) style, "NO"! I think we are looking at 3 months. I really trying to get below 220 to be healthier, but I gained muscle wt instead, but got healthier anyway. my bp dropped 20 points..."
Keep in mind this was a casual thing I asked him to do during the course of conversation one day. Lol, I wish I had known what the results would be ahead of time...:bang:

haha nothing now! Hindsight's 20/20 ain't it!? Either way that's a sick change, regardless of before/afters.. pics just speak a thousand words so they would've made the impact of this more, but either way it is still a huge testament to your formulations.

JESUS TITTY-****ING CHRIST! That guy is hyuuge! That first pic looks way heavier than that, I guess my weight / visuals completely suck as I'm a mid100's guy, people in the 200's/300's I just cannot give ballpark weight guesses on, anyone under 200 I can usually call within 5lbs <<not because I'm just great at that or anything, I just wrestled for so long that I've seen thousands of kids weighing in over the years at meets and have a strong sense of weights under 200lbs>>
**haha swear filter missed one of thems :evillaugh: :evillaugh: **

He looks especially big in that pic. He is in the 5'8-9" tall range I think. A thick guy to be sure.

Wow that's nuts. I wouldn't mind gaining 9lbs while leaning out. He is definately a big boy.

So are we saying that a post workout shake was responsible for someone dropping 8% body fat while gaining 9lbs of lean body mass over a 3 month period? Did there happen to be any clen in that shake:thumbup:

No, you said that. I just posted an email he sent me. To my knowledge, he did nothing else differently.
