2 cups "light" vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
2 cups frozen blueberries
handful(2 cups?) of frozen strawberries
1 banana
handful(2 or 3 cups) walnuts
1 scoop VANILLA whey
toss it all in a blender and mix it up. add in more OJ if this is too thick for your taste.
lots of goodies in the smoothie, approx. 50 grams protein, 40 grams fat(mostly polyunsaturated), tons of carbs, potassium, folate, vit C.
this is pretty filling.
