so I'm using the maximus mass stack to try and push pass 180lbs
I've been bulking for awhile and 167 to 180 was easy but I got stuck at
180 and needed some help - thus I ordered the mass stack
and ALN suggests 25 cals per pound of bodyweight (in the guide they include with the stack)
so, I did just that
180x25 = 4500 calories a day minimum
Which is what I have been doing but I had a question about rest days.
Do I still eat 4500 calories on rest days?
does anyone think 4500 is to much?
routein is WBB 1.1 with 5x5 for the exercises
My body is just fighting me for every pound right now, my strength is going up, and my size seems to be improving, but every pound just seems really hard to obtain.
