eggnog is delicious. they should sell it year round, not only leading up to christmas. and yes it's fantastic for bulking. 280 calories in a cup of beautiful goodness = bulking magic!

it will add cals for sure, but also probably taste like ass.

I enjoy egg-nog, even though the name sounds distusting.
