well this is my first journal :D im looking to gain 15-20 lbs and then after i do that i plan to do WESTSIDE

heres my workout for today. it went pretty well after my week off and i felt somewhat stronger.

3/11/02 chest/shoulders/back

bench press: 145x5 , 145x4
flys: 35x7 , 35x5
oh press: 70x8, 75x6
upright rows: 70x8 , 75x6
deadlift: 165x8, 185x6, 200x2 :(
bent rows: 115x8, 120x7
pullovers: 60x7, 60x4
bb shrugs: 170x7

diet: ace

ive only DL'ed once so for know on im gonna deadlift. my deadlift is so weak :( by the way im 5'5, 134lbs

diet: sucked ass there wasnt enuf food in my house for me to eat , luckly i get to go to the grocery store tonite :)

sleep: 8.5 hrs

3/13/02 ARM workout

overall a good workout with intensity high

bi's:
BB curls: 80x3 67.5x 7.5
hammer curls: 35x2 27.5x8

tri's:
skulls: 80x2.5 70x6
jm press: 70x10
pushdown: 60x2 50x5

forearms:
reverse curls: 50x8 50x8

diet: good
sleep: 8.5 hrs

i think im gonna cut this bulk short so i can start westside in a month, im pretty excited about trying something new
